As a certified ESL Teacher holding a 180-hour Advanced TEFL Certification and additional qualifications in Teaching Business English and Adult Learning Principles, I have successfully trained diverse learners, ranging from young students to high-level corporate executives. My experience as President and Corporate Communication Trainer at GSMC Podcast Network—a global media organization—has allowed me to excel in designing and delivering customized, interactive lessons focused on executive communication, negotiation, persuasive writing, and public speaking.

In my role as a freelance ESL instructor, I have created engaging, multimedia-rich lessons tailored to the specific needs of learners of all ages and proficiency levels. Teaching is something I feel comes naturally to me. I grew up with a younger brother, and I had to routinely teach everything from life skills like how to tie a shoelace, to how to deal with bullies. I learned through this how to strike a balance between helping him, and letting him help himself. Sometimes, the best approach was for a gentle push in the right direction, letting him figure it out by himself, and othertimes he needed clear and blunt guidance. I feel this has prepared me for being a Teacher in my adolescence, I know when to guide, and I know when to step back and let the student learn independantly. Furthermore, personality-wise, I am a very level-headed person, slow to anger and quick to rationalise in situations that require a calm and collected approach. I feel this is a great strength when dealing with students from all walks of life, with different backgrounds and personalities.

Skill-wise, I come from a background in IT where I used to work as a specialist fixing computers for people daily. I therefore not only know how to use technology effectively, but also how to teach people in a way that isn't patronising. I feel my experience transfers well to this new teaching role, providing a strong foundation to build my teaching career upon.

Statement of Teaching philosophy
I have taught the applied in Linguistic Korean subjects approach teaching as a
scholarly practice and I focused on and am passionate about excellence in teaching
as a means of supporting student learning and development of their academic
qualification's partnership succession, I am qualified and have excellent teaching
professionalism including teaching, curriculum development, module coordination as
well as administrative duties. I am a native level of written and spoken Foreign
Language, Applied Linguistics, or any related field with at least three years of
experience in teaching Linguistic as a foreign language and in curriculum
development at the tertiary level and taught Linguistic subjects over six years of
experience in teaching a foreign language and in curriculum development at the
tertiary level and have experience in terms of developing modules and teaching
assessment experience in the application of IT to language teaching and researched
interdisciplinary Knowledge's in Linguistic as Second of Foreign Languages
Furthermore, I have excellent communication and written skills. I also would like to
express my greatest motivation to commitment and enthusiasm for supportive and
enabling teaching and conducting workshops which I will create a positive learning
environment.
I am delighted to teach Undergraduate students teaching applied in linguistics
subjects such as TESOL Theories, Psycholinguistics, Intercultural studies, Korean
Intermediate. upper Intermediate, Advanced Korean Languages, Gender and sexuality,
Languages and Literacy, Psycholinguistics , Sociolinguistics , Deaf Culture , Applied
Phonotactics & concept , other modules teaching and creating as criterial required .
I make great strictures of foundations in their fields applied in Linguistics Modules by
way of lead on seminars, group crits and workshops, I conduct great way of tutorial
reports and deliver them within the agreed timeframe. I also take day-to-day level
administrative work as appointed by the Area Lead and Director of Studies. I am

I am a passionate professional with background in both Teaching and Business Operations, which includes training working professionals. I love working with kids and seeing them learn and grow. I absolutely love the Korean culture and would be honored for an opportunity to become part of your team!

I will be completing my 3rd year of teaching secondary school in May 2025. I work as an English Teacher for 7th-12th grade, hold an English as a Second Language Certification, am a Gifted and Talented Coordinator/teacher at my campus, and the head of our English teachers. Over the years of teacher, I have grown and nearly mastered my classroom management skills. I'm very goal orientated and excel at organizing and planning. I'm also very accommodating and love to help and support my co-teachers and administration in any way I possibly can.

As a casual relief teacher, I have developed my skills in classroom management and content delivery across a wide range of age groups and ability levels. I am most experienced working with students aged 12-18, but my background in casual teaching has taught me to be adaptable to the classroom environment and flexible in my teaching style.

It has always been a dream of mine to teach English overseas, and I am excited to begin my journey in Korea. I am a native English speaker but have been a keen student of languages since childhood, studying Japanese as an elective and French during a ten-month high school exchange program to France. Though I am still a beginner at Korean, I am eager to continue my studies with native speakers.

I am an Australian passport holder with an accredited degree from Macquarie University, a Level 5 TEFL certificate and I am willing to obtain a criminal background check.
