I have worked with children and young people at every stage of their development (from Early Years through to Young Adults), as well as those who are recognised by Statutory Authorities as having SEND. Working within Nurseries, Schools, Colleges and Agencies has allowed me to develop the confidence to deliver support to Students whose Learning Styles, Abilities and Needs can differ from others.

As an individual, I possess the characteristics that enable me to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, where learners feel able to ask questions, take risks and grow in confidence.

Throughout my career, I have taught English to learners from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels. As a Lead English Teacher at EF English First in Indonesia, I designed and delivered communicative English lessons, mentored fellow teachers, and monitored student progress through ongoing assessment. Prior to that, I taught English through the LEAF Program in Iowa, helping learners develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

My teaching approach focuses on creating practical, learner-centered lessons that build confidence and encourage real-world communication. I enjoy helping students achieve measurable progress and adapting instruction to meet individual needs and professional goals. Having worked with learners from different cultures, I am comfortable teaching both in-person and online and thrive in dynamic educational settings.

I bring more than 10 years of professional experience in communications, public outreach, and international environments, including roles in local government, diplomacy, and public affairs. With a background in children's cardiac critical care nursing, a Level 5 TEFL certificate, and primary school work experience completed as part of my MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, I bring a distinctive combination of clinical expertise, classroom exposure, and a deep understanding of how children learn and develop. My current role as a project associate in clinical research has further strengthened my ability to plan, structure, and evaluate — skills that translate directly into lesson design and tracking learner progress.

I'm an energetic and outgoing 3D Game Artist who loves creating worlds just as much as I love exploring the real one; whether that's practicing yoga, training Muay Thai, hitting the gym, or traveling the globe. I recently graduated with a Bachelor's in Visual Arts, and I bring the same teamwork and problem solving skills I learned on game projects like Katar into every room I enter. With over 1,000 films logged on Letterboxd, I'm full of stories and always ready to chat about anything from animation to adventure. Professionally, I'm skilled in Maya, ZBrush, Blender, Substance Suite, Unreal, Unity, and digital/traditional painting but more than that, I know how to listen, laugh, and bring out the best in a team, especially in a room full of curious young minds.
