I spent 2 years teacher at a language institute in Japan, teaching every age also I am very creative, I can create a fun learning environment and also very adaptable, also quick to learn. I also am very talented in things like Microsoft so creating lesson plans if very familiar to me

One of my greatest strengths is adaptability. Throughout my career, I have worked in education, customer service, administration, technical writing and historical preservation. Each role has required me to learn quickly and communicate effectively with different people. As an early childhood teacher, I learned how to adjust my teaching approach to meet each child's developmental needs.

I am patient, curious, and adaptable. I do my best to explain things concisely and clearly. I have years of experience teaching in music and I believe thos skills can transfer to teaching English.

Experience:
I have largely worked in hospitality or customer service industries so I'm very comfortable dealing with people.
I am a recently qualified English teacher and have mostly done tutoring and have not yet worked as a classroom teacher.

I have a lot of experience teaching and volunteering in different countries, such as: Colombia, Ukraine and Germany.

I have a very bubbly personality with a performer background, making my lessons engaging, fun and inclusive.

I love languages and speak English (native) and Spanish (C1). I also picked up some basic German (A1) when living in Germany this year. Having this background makes it a lot easier and more specific when I teach English.

I play rugby. I do a lot of road cycling and I enjoy rowing. I love being active and participating in team sports. This translates to a working environment as I love to help out and am happy to participate in extra curricular.

I have one year of classroom teaching experience as an Assistant Teacher, a 120-hour TEFL certificate, and experience teaching music production through one-on-one lessons.

I’m well rounded to all cultures, since I grew in in California/ Mexico border but I’m ethnically Chinese, I’m a third culture kid, so I could identify with anybody that I talk to.
I have used Microsoft office, Google and Canva so I am familiar with all these platforms. I have used a PowerPoint presentation to share my journey where I went to a mission trip to Mexico City. I shared about my upbringing, what my intent was when I reached our location and how I was going to help our team. I did most of the translation, it helped build connection with the safe house with the girls that were staying there.

Hi! I'm Nick. I love teaching others and sharing my knowledge as much as I can. I would be thrilled to come teach in South Korea.

I will work hard to be an effective teacher and get my students excited about learning and speaking English. I plan to show them how useful it can be out in the real world and how many opportunities it can unlock for them.

I hope to leverage the many things I learned from my TEFL course. It specifically covered lots of student-centered lesson planning techniques that I am eager to employ to get my students talking and actually using the language as much as possible.

I have past experience teaching children when I worked as a summer camp counselor at a coding camp. I managed a class of 20 kids and spent my days teaching them the basics of computer programming and making fun simple little games with them as practice projects.
