I have experience teaching and tutoring children to adults. I have done volunteer work teaching ESL to adults in my home country, USA. I hold a Bachelors degree in Linguistics and a certificate in TESOL. My passion to teach is strong and I am a friendly person. I work well with all ages and have a lot of compassion for students. I love to learn and love to inspire my students to do the same.

I have taught diverse groups of students online (WhatsApp), developing lesson plans and delivering engaging, interactive classes. Also I had the chance to substitute for absent teachers back in high school.

I am not a native English-speaking graduate, but the TEFL Course has paved the way for me to teach English as a native speaker. I have completed my TEFL Course in June 2024.

I have no experience teaching formally, but I have had some mentoring and babysitting experience. Both on a personal aspect and in a formal aspect. I was a mentor during my 2nd Year of University.
I am also someone who has experience in assisting and office situations considering the work I have done in the TV and Engineering industry. I work hard in every aspect I have been in and I am a fast learner who continuously tries to improve themselves.
I love children even as someone who doesn't have any children, I am always going back home on the weekends to make sure I relieve the stress that my cousins have as working woman, to take care of their children. As a Registered Nurse, I have provided patient education daily regarding any patient concerns. Moreover, throughout my career I have been a mentor to nursing students and new staff, providing orientations and serving as a preceptor for clinical practices, which requires assess skill level, strengths and area requiring further work, as well as providing prompt feedback, both verbal and written. As a resource nurse in the Operating Room, I provided orientation to new perioperative nurses in Urological Services, teaching new staff medical laser usage, safety and protocols, best practices, surgical procedures, equipment and how to assist the surgeon during procedures.
