I was able to draw on my previous experiences in teaching at a local school in Ghana where I developed skills in working with both primary school aged children and culturally diverse populations and gained a sound understanding of the importance of cultural exchange in language education.

Hi, my name is Deanicia Syriac! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Level 5 TEFL Certification. I also possess a Professional Certificate in Events Management and a Certificate in Digital Marketing and E-commerce. For the past two years, I've been teaching Business English to professionals in the Italian market, helping them improve their communication skills for the workplace. I also have experience teaching preteens and teenagers during Summer 2024, which has strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching style to different age groups and learning needs.

Beyond teaching, I’ve worked as a Programme Coordinator in the fashion industry and as a contracted Customer Engagement Manager for a small business. These roles have allowed me to develop a strong skill set in social media marketing, event coordination, and customer relationship management. I'm also experienced in professional communication, business writing, and curriculum development, and I love using Canva to create engaging visuals for my work.
