Hi! My name is Reese and I am 22 years old from the United States of America.  I have a bachelor's degree from Binghamton University in New York in psychology and I had a major in speech and language pathology. I also have a level 5 TEFL certification from The TEFL Academy. I was an au pair and taught English to a family in Madrid, Spain this past summer. This experience helped me to learn my passion of helping people in the ways that I can. Teaching English to children and being able to provide a comfortable, fun, and memorable learning environment while being able to immerse myself in a new culture is my dream. I would love to start as soon as possible and this would be my first professional teaching environment.

I bring a combination of TEFL training, international mentoring experience, and professional communication skills. At the University of the Arts London, I supported international students by explaining technical processes through clear, step-by-step guidance and visual demonstrations, and my professional design experience strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, solve problems, and adapt to different people. I am patient, organized, approachable, and creative, with a particular strength in using visual materials and practical examples to make new concepts easier to understand.

I spent 2 years teacher at a language institute in Japan, teaching every age also I am very creative, I can create a fun learning environment and also very adaptable, also quick to learn. I also am very talented in things like Microsoft so creating lesson plans if very familiar to me

One of my greatest strengths is adaptability. Throughout my career, I have worked in education, customer service, administration, technical writing and historical preservation. I have largely worked in hospitality or customer service industries so I'm very comfortable dealing with people.
I am a recently qualified English teacher and have mostly done tutoring and have not yet worked as a classroom teacher.
