I have worked in many sectors in the corporate world and have learnt many new English words from those sectors. I would like the opportunity to work as an English teacher as I have tutored my fellow pupils from secondary school all the way to my years as a student at Business School.
I do have a TEFL qualification along with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree.

Currently I'm teaching grade 4 in an American IB school in Mexico and seeking a new position for the 2024-25 academic year.

In my roles as Grade 4 PYP Homeroom Teacher – in China and Mexico – I've been teaching English Language Arts and Inquiry; encompassing such responsibilities as: applying IB elements; curriculum development; teacher collaboration; correspondence with parents; and recording student grades and progress.

All together I've been an international English teacher for eight years across five countries; including Saudi Arabia and Australia also.

I feel my greatest strength is that I’m highly personable and have a high degree of interpersonal skill. I’ve spent a lot of time with various and diverse people from different cultures throughout my life. I’ve lived, worked or travelled in more than twenty countries; and I’ve been able to so successfully because I’m proficient at connecting with people. I have also taught in China for 5 years this was very good for me as I learned how to adjust to different environments, cultures and people. I have also travelled to South Korea a number of times so I am familiar with the culture and love being there and would definitely love to learn more.

The course has given me a great amount of knowledge and experience providing a solid starting point which I can now build and improve upon.
