I am a friendly and open person and enjoy meeting people of all different cultures. I like to build a good rapport with my students and remain friendly but professional. For differentiation, I always have extension tasks on hand for the stronger students/faster finishers and scaffold the weaker students with closer monitoring and pairing them up with stronger students.
