I am a seasoned technologist with experience in healthcare information systems and customer success. Over my career I have held many roles that have allowed me to share my experiences through presentations, mentoring, and training. I have proficiency in creating presentations with the standard office tools and presenting to different groups whether new professionals or C-suite executive. Other skills I possess are organization, working as a team, process analysis, process development, technical writing and training documentation and other content. My role as a consultant has allowed me to travel throughout the US and Europe, talking with people, sharing knowledge and training best practices. Before my professional career I worked with children as a camp counselor, coached summer football (soccer), and provided swim lessons. I have lived in South Korea previously, I attended Sogang University in 2019 for the exchange program and the korean language program in 2021/2022 and am accustomed to the South Korean lifestyle. I tutored english at an academy in Sinchon. I have a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from York University in Canada.

I have taught children starting at age 5, to adults 60+ years of age.
