I came to the United States and completed English Literature program in 2022.I realized that having this position to apply my skills and English content knowledge in Qingdao International School setting is the best
way to start my career in English teaching. I sincerely see this position as an opportunity to advance my career skills in providing quality project for the students.
My interest in English literature teaching field for students started when I took introduction on Children’s literature class at the University of Minnesota, College of Liberal Arts. Throughout the courses, I’ve learned and understood how complicated teaching students were made on the students’ point of views, importance of comprehensive skills and processing of teaching methods. Ultimately, I would like to expand further knowledge and experience in teaching field for students. I am responsible for coaching home work and time management. I generated my productivity teaching for students developing their pursues. I spent a lot of time studying students’ contents to improve engagement from research, journals, and peer-reviews. Together,
I would be a great candidate for this position of my desire to strive for high-quality teaching students which is evident through my passion for English literature teaching which is
evident through my passion for learning, hard work ethic, and full dedication. I recognize the commitment
and challenges of being developer in Qingdao International School, but I will put forth extra time and effort to accomplish my responsibilities. I have the enthusiasm and determination to gain new experience and advance my
practice at Qingdao International School.
