Hello!

My name is Oscar and I'm starting the process of looking for a teaching position in South Korea for 2027.

Having taught kindergarten and primary levels in Hong Kong and China, I believe I am suitable for teaching positions in South Korea.

What separates me from other teachers is my other experiences. I graduated with a philosophy degree (don't worry, I have a level 5, 200 hour TEFL qualification and have since gained TKT band 3 certification for Young Learners), and my degree gives me an edge in communication and critical thinking. Fundamental 21st century skills. I also worked as a camp counselor in the USA showcasing an excellent ability to care for young children 24/7 for months, coaching sports, wilderness activities, and aiding them daily as they live away from home for the first time. I was awarded counselor of the summer for the young age group.

I am extremely passionate about teaching and my key skills are patience; and being able to create fun, engaging lessons where the children have fun and learn.
