Ive completed a Bachelor of Arts in English and psychology, a diploma in educare and 120 hours tefl certificate. During my educare diploma I've completed my practicum at various daycare centres and at a kindergarten centres. I've also worked as a transcriptionist who was chanrged of editing and proofreading documents. I am very empathetic but I know how to resolve conflicts.
