I am bright, determined and open minded aspiring teacher who is determined to enrich the lives of the people I teach and gain noteworthy experiences and knowledge from my future journey as an English teacher. I am hopeful that I will be able to achieve such things after establishing a connection between me and Gloii Consulting.

While I do not have formal experience in teaching but I do have 3 years' experience with tutoring young Chinese natives English and Mathematics, so I have experience in working with teaching children. What I lack in experience, I am determined to make up in tenacity and an eagerness to teach. I also have many skills from prior experiences and jobs that I believe make me fitting for the job as an English teacher. I also am accustomed with Korean culture, which I believe makes me an appropriate candidate for teaching within the country.

If someone were to ask me what my teaching philosophy was, I would have to say that I believe that when it comes to teaching there needs to be a good mix of authority and understanding as learning a language is a journey. If the teacher is too firm or cold, it could potentially discourage learners from wishing to try and can be detrimental. You need to be able to allow learners to make mistakes, in order to help them correct them and improve.
