I have extensive customer service experience, from which I have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, working with a wide range of individuals, including families and children. This has also strengthened my ability to adapt to different needs. My degree in Psychology has given me an understanding of learning, behaviour and individual differences, which guides my patient and supportive approach. I am naturally empathetic, approachable and adaptable, and enjoy building positive relationships and helping others. Having recently completed my 120-hour TEFL qualification, I have developed a strong foundation in lesson planning and classroom management skills, including planning effective and engaging lessons for young learners using the PPP approach and I'm enthusiastic about applying my skills and experience in a practical classroom setting to help students build their confidence and ability in English.
