I am an enthusiastic educator with experience as an ESL teacher and skills development officer. I create engaging and supportive learning environments that build students’ confidence, communication, and participation in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

I have trained students for the annual Speech Contest event, and they have both won first prize.

NB: I left Korea about a month ago, and I am eager to return.

During my studies at Rhodes University I volunteered at a local Grade 12 school at my local town where I mentored Grade 12 students. I had also worked as a University library assistant where I was helping students with research and basic computer skills. These experiences allowed me to mentor students and guide them in their studies and career choices. I gained research skills which increased my vocabulary and knowledge of English from working at the library. I have experienced teaching young children English at St’ Andrews Preparatory in South Africa. I tutored a small group of young children. My teaching experience increased my public speaking skills, it gave me skills like learning fun for children. I gained more passion and enthusiasm from teaching children.

I have taught children starting at age 5, to adults 60+ years of age. My skills of teaching ESL range from beginner, conversational English, and Business English to preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, CET, etc. I am a very outgoing, and transparent individual. My name is Kgomotso Lina Diphoko from South Africa. I am a professional English teacher. I hold a Bachelor's of Education senior and FET, with my main major being English, and I also have a teaching license. I have experience as a teacher assistant, where my duties included teaching learners from the ages of 7 to 13 years old how to read. I also got a reading champion certificate. Currently, I am volunteering to teach English in high school .
