I have previous experience teaching English to students of a wide age range in Moscow. I have also taught several students online. Currently, I am completing my 188 hour TEFL course with the aim to have this completed by the end of July.

I am a very driven person and love a new challenge. I've always been inquisitive and love to inspire others to pursue their passion. I take work very seriously as I like to be the best I can be in a role but I also cherish the importance of personal time. It is important to me to build close relationships with people and to get the most put of life; be it having fun, experiencing something new or learning a new skill.

Personally, I have a rather eclectic set of skills. I have a gift for languages, having a degree in German, Italian, and Russian, which I feel would be a useful asset as a teacher myself. I also have 8 years experience in hospitality, which has allowed me to hone my social skills, improve on public speaking, and allowed by confidence to soar. My experience working in sales has allowed me to read the subtleties in people and how to connect with them. On a more creative now, over the past few years I have taught myself to crochet – a skill I use frequently to relax and take time for myself.

I have experience coaching, mentoring and teaching in school and education environment. I therefore have knowledge of curriculum-based learning and understanding of setting personalised learning targets. Further experience includes:

I began my teaching career in China (2018), where I taught learners aged 0 to 14 years old. During my time, I have gained a unique patience and understanding for my students, and developed the ability to teach them creatively according to their needs and learning abilities. I possess a TEFL certificate, in addition to the teaching experience I have gained.

I am invested in touching lives and opening minds through education, and I hope to be a valuable team member in a workplace committed to investing in the academic, social and emotional development of the future generation.

I have been an ESL teacher in South Korea for the last 4 years. I have taught Kindergarten to Middle school students. I taught a wide range of English from basic phonics to advanced TOEFL and debate classes. My key strengths are motivational, fun and engaging lessons, organisational perfection and adaptability of living and working in a different country. I want to be remembered by all students as a motivator who has helped my students reach their goals and potentials.

I have experience tutoring online, I'm a recent pgce graduate, have not yet gotten a teaching job, only taught 1 month for my practicals. I am fun loving, firm and open minded person.

I worked in South Korea before. My work experience was just over two years. I only returned to my home country to visit my family about one month ago, on the 30th of April 2022 to be exact. I truly appreciated my time there, so much so that I would like to go back and start afresh. My teaching style is very energetic because I am a lively character who enjoys interacting with children. I have taught kindergarten, elementary and high school pupils. I also have experience having virtual conversational English with university students as well because I worked at an English village in Seoul for a few months. Public speaking and communication comes naturally to me and I am also well versed in writing monthly reports which makes my computer proficiency good. I was appointed head teacher at one stage so my leadership skills are high as well.

Not only have I been a swimming teacher since I was 14, I also have spent the last year teaching ages 3 and above English. I have also taught teenagers in order to complete the Cambridge B2 exam. Furthermore, during my time at university, I had a job in which my role as a Student Mentor was to greet Japanese groups of university students, welcome them to the university and to aid their assimilation into the city's society. Through this, I helped with their English skills, introduced them to key aspects of British culture and gained understanding of their cultures also and how they differ from my own. In terms of personality, I am a very positive and determined person, who is extremely interested in other cultures, communication and constant learning and development. I love to travel with purpose and so, not only due to a passion for teaching children, I would love to take part in this program. My special skills are organisation, independence, communication and enthusiasm. I am skilled at noticing how to help a children with any issues they are facing in the classroom and assessing their needs. Overall, I am a very careful, adaptable, dependable teacher.

I hold a degree in BA in Humanities majoring in Linguistics and Languages, obtained through the University of Johannesburg. I am open to work as English Teacher Abroad as I have a fantasy of teaching and enjoy being with children.I am willing to work myself up from any position I am put in. I regard myself as a fast learner, capable of taking on any task given, and I do not resist change. I also have excellent leadership skills and knowledge of Microsoft.To add on,I enjoy travelling ,reading, learning new cultures ,fashion,playing and watching sports.

Good morning from the US!

I would like to share that during my time in my University's scholarship organization, FOCUS, I have amazing work experience in terms of working with many people from different backgrounds. I earned many skills such as being able to speak in front of a classroom of students whilst proctoring a lesson plan made by myself and other mentors. Along with presentation and public speaking skills, I have also been able to develop my interpersonal abilities by having individual meetings with students in being updated on their academic work and university life. I have also been a part of the planning committee, hence making arrangements for events creating a welcoming community for first-generation students. I also feel my time put into my animation projects during my undergrad career made me very efficient as a in communication and time-management. During my most recent project, I was put as a senior lead for other sophomores and juniors, new to the work flow of creating an animation short. As a result of this, I was given the opportunity to teach and guide my team members into creating a successful project.
I also would like to note that I have just returned from a student exchange program as a student attending Soonchunghyang University. During my time in Korea, I was involved in a wonderful opportunity in networking with Korean University students that were interested in learning English. Being able to take on a new perspective for communication, I strongly believe I learned a great deal from the students I was connected with as we shared language and culture with each other. This program also lead to my love and respect for the country of Korea.
Overall, I believe my background has molded me into a very patient, organized, and empathetic individual that is motivated in being involved in a greater, fulfilling cause such as this position.
