Though I have never taught English in a foreign country, I do have almost ten years of experience with children. I worked as a full time nanny during my gap year before obtaining my degree and helped with developmental skills of all three of the children that I worked with including communication skills. I have also worked in a classroom setting as a high school student, assisting in a preschool and kindergarten classroom. I currently work in a childcare center and interact with children not only from the US but other countries as well, giving me some level of experience with children from around the world and helping my communication skills as well as the communication skills of children that may struggle with English.
