Experience wise, I have demonstrated my commitment to education and childcare through roles such as Camp Manager at Starcamp, where I showcased leadership and organisational skills, and my current position as a special needs assistant at St. Vincent's Convent Primary School. My background in BA(Hons) Early Childhood Studies and ongoing pursuit of a Postgraduate Diploma in Play Therapy underpin my passion for working with children. Additionally, my previous employment at ABC Childcare further solidified my understanding of childcare practices. Recently, I completed a TEFL Level 5 Diploma, enhancing my qualifications for teaching English, particularly relevant for the position I am seeking in South Korea. On a personal level, I am known for my dedication to various hobbies such as playing the piano, singing, photography, videography, and maintaining an active lifestyle through gym workouts. I have previously worked with children between the ages of 3-10 whilst at Tinies. This included supervising the children and helping to plan and carry out activities that were engaging for them.

Whilst volunteering in Nepal I had to work with both children and adults who spoke a different language to me. I was still able to communicate with them in other ways and had good relationships within the community. As a group we also planned and presented informative presentations for the community which involved role plays – this included presentations specifically to school children.

Whilst working at the Eddystone trust I had to do presentations for college age students (aged 16-19) on sexual health topics. I had to make presentations engaging and also incorporate audience involvement. We also had to work at freshers fairs and speak with hundreds of people about sexual health. Both show I am confident and able to speak in front of a group of people.

I am patient and know that people learn at different speeds and in different ways so would be adaptable to this. I am also friendly and approachable so hopefully students would be happy to come to me with any questions. I am very enthusiastic and enjoy working with children as I love their creativity and energy.

I'm a 28 year old teacher with a 4-6 years experience, 2 years having been my teaching practicals.. I specialise in geography and English subject. I teach English in grade 12 only and geography from grade 10-12..

Teaching is hard ,but it does require one to have patience towards the learners as they don't have the same IQ level. It does require one to have passion and love for tea Hing and for the subject , to be devoted and mostly to establish an environment of respect between the teacher and the learner ,because of this it has helped me achieve 100% pass rate on both subject

I have experience working with a wide age range, from children of 4 years old, up to adults, and also with a range of language levels from A1-C1.

During my time in Romania teaching English at a summer camp in Sibiu, I worked primarily with children between 4 and 14, and I used a range of activities to improve their language levels. These activities included match up games, team games such as designing a class flag, creating a class dance routine for the whole camp talent show, and sports events to encourage movement and learning. In the afternoon I was also responsible for leading excursions around the camp, such as hikes and ski-life rides, to supervising the swimming pool and archery course.

In Spain I worked for two weeks at a government run language centre in Bilbao where I taught English to adults. My main focus was conversational English, and I used a variety of ways to build learners confidence in English, such as introductory lessons whereby they introduced themselves to the group by describing where the lived, what they did for a job, and their favourite thing about the city in which they lived. This position gave me a great opportunity to share my regions culture with the students, many of whom had only visited London, and open their eyes to the cultural differences of different UK regions, and that is something that I really enjoyed.

I am a very outgoing person, I am not afraid to take on any task that is needed of me, and I am confident that teaching in Korea with be a fantastic next step to build my career as a ESL teacher.
