In my experience, I would say that my greatest strengths are the soft skills I have developed over the years as a mentor teaching majlis-style debate to young people from all over the world. Soft skills that include things like empathy, patience, cross-cultural communication and my flexibility when things don't go according to plan as well as my adaptability. From my time teaching English, I learned on the job how to enhance my delivery, tailor my lessons to personalise and cater to the needs of my students individual skill level and how to carry myself in a professional setting in a culture that was very new to me. Also, I would say based on my experience as an English teacher at a language exchange in Seongnam, my willingness to learn from others and use mistakes to improve and better myself to be the best I can be in everything I do would be a beneficial strength.

Since I began working at age 15, I have 7 years of work experience and 3+ years of working in education. I have been a tutor, substitute teacher, and licensed psychology teacher. I graduated with my BA in Psychology, 120-hour TEFL certified, and have over 15 credits toward a Master's Degree in Social Work.

I am an enthusiastic and creative educator with a diverse professional background that blends the performing arts, design, and teaching. For over 17 years, I traveled the world as a professional performer, experiences that deepened my love for different cultures and sparked a passion for education.
