My name is Lireece Deidre Paul. I am a 22- year old qualified teacher with a degree in the Bachelor of Education in Foundation phase teaching through the Independent Institute of Education (IIE), Varsity College. I have also completed a 120 hours TEFL course with a 20 hours TEFL practical course. Furthermore, I am a registered teacher at the South African Council of Educators (SACE) and I have a valid Police Clearance Certificate. I have 4 years of experience as an intern and 1 year experience as a full-time teacher. I have taught learners from ages 5-9. Furthermore, I have experience teaching different subjects including, English, Mathematics, Life Skills and Afrikaans. I specialize in designing lesson plans and activities according to learner's interests and needs. In addition, I have a passion for inclusive education and for teaching little people. My TEFL course taught me the essential skills to start my journey as a teacher. I do not have much experience teaching English as a foreign language.

I have however been involved in teaching:
I taught two girls, a 6-year-old and a 9-year-old, how to play chess. I learned a lot about how to make lessons fun and engaging, through mini games, how to encourage and motivate every small success. Chess has a lot of rules and depth much like a language, and it can be overwhelming and challenging. I realized the importance of breaking down material to its simplest form.

After I graduated from Staffordshire University, I got a job working for a big property firm. I have been with that Company now for 7 years. I worked in the Finance Department, I have Worked In Treasury. I have also worked as a Contract Officer, Contract Manager and Building Safety Manager. My most recent job is working for a big security company as a Contract Manager.

I also qualified in First Aid. I also have a SIA licence which allows me to work in Security.

I a fluent in three different languages. English, Albanian and Turkish.

I have also been learning some Korean too. I have a lot of strengths in terms of Experience. I have a great personality. i love working with people, always friendly, love helping people, children. I have a big family so family is important to me. I am skilled in Finance, Property, Customer Service, I have always worked hard to succeed in life.
