During my Trinity CertTESOL training, I gained invaluable experience teaching online to learners from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. This course has taught me the importance of organisation, adaptability and empathy, as well as creating engaging learner-centred lessons, and ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom environment, all of which are fundamental to effective learning.
