My previous experience in auditing appealed to my logical aand analytical side, my current work as an ESL teacher requires me to be emphathetic, patient, focused and a life coach of some sort to students who are young and lack confidence. Learning to adapt lessons and approaches to the majority of students will be the best skill I have obtained.

The experience of studying abroad for a year is my greatest asset as it gave me the opportunity to embrace and adapt to a different culture and environment. I took many classes which focused on teamwork and group presentations which allowed me to demonstrate how to communicate effectively and overcome conflict, as well as planning ahead and ensuring work was completed on time.

Being a good listener is a strength of mine as I believe observation is key when it comes to teaching because successful classes should be tailored around the students needs. I am also very energetic and friendly, especially around children, as I believe they should always feel comfortable around an adult; but more importantly, because teaching and learning should both be fun. I am open to learning new languages which is why I would love to be able to teach English to those willing to learn, as I believe this is the best way to meet new people and see more of the world.

I’m post-graduate educated from the leading university in Africa, the University of Cape Town, and an EFL qualified teacher. I have experience with private tutoring for a child with learning difficulties; a second language English speaking child in Mumbai; and have volunteered as an English tutor through an NGO at university, where I taught English to small groups of five to ten students from impoverished areas in Cape Town. Similarly, I have also worked as a committee member of an organisation that took children on bi-monthly hikes or camps, where I helped plan and execute environmentally based lessons and form meaningful relationships with children who were otherwise unlikely to have positive role models. I am a British teacher currently living and working in Italy. I have spent the last year teaching English as a second language in a number of schools across Genoa and the wider Liguria region. This has included private one-on-one tuition, active classes that incorporate language learning with drama, sport and

I have recently finish my Masters in Marketing and Public Relations and have worked in Communications for 5 years. My education and previous work has given me the opportunity to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people in numerous scenarios. I have recieved training in delivering training, management and leadership and believe that these experiences have given me the tools to teach English.

I currently work at a 학완 in Seongnam-si but am looking for new employment at a smaller school or Kindergarten. I have a few months experience as a teacher of English now and I have learned quite a lot about how to teach here in Korea.

I have a very bright and positive personality and enjoy working with children. I actually work with the children currently at my church in Seoul. I keep watch over the younger kids ages 3-5 while their parents are in classes. I have a "can-do" attitude where if I don't know how to do something I will figure it out.

For skills, my degree is in Graphic Design, but I worked for the school newspaper and was an avid reader all growing up, so I'm very comfortable with English and teaching it to young kids. I enjoy reading aloud to children the most because my mother has a PhD in literacy and that is how I was raised and taught.

For the last few years I have been highly motivated about working with children and youth in as many avenues and experiences available to me. Of recent, I have been studying and teaching English around Austria. I would love to continue this avenue and hone my English teaching abilities in the coming years. In this experience I have acquired my Certificate TESOL and acquired over 300 hours of teaching practice in the Austrian school system. I have witnessed and created environments in which using language is both active and engaging for learners, which is core to my own personal teaching ethos.
