I have worked in Preschools as well as Primary schools in England and Primary and Secondary schools in Scotland. I'm TEFL certified and have also completed a classroom course. I hold a degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Early Childhood with upper second class honours (2:1 Hons) from British University.

If you are looking for a teacher who is open to learning/is a quick study, diligent with their work, and has plenty of initiative, then look no further. I have past work experience at a grocery store and at a technology company. Also, I have done volunteer work, which has allowed me to develop skills for this position. I have gained skillful knowledge in researching information to then execute and work as a collaborative group to complete the given task. I am also proficient in meeting deadlines, using different approaches to a problem, and adding creative flares to tasks.

Although I do not have classroom teaching experience, I have been doing the job of a teacher for years. I have an Instagram account where I teach lessons for free. Through my language learning journey, I have made many language partners where I assist them with grammar, definitions, and pronunciation. I'm currently in Busan, South Korea and have been working at a POLY institute since February 2021. I want to experience a new work environment with elementary and middle school level. I can quickly obtain a great relationship with my students. I'm eager to work and have great time management so I will always meet deadlines with any duties I must complete.

While my experiences are not in the classroom, I gained some valuable skills. While working with adults with learning difficulties, I often had to teach and explain social skills without seeming patronising or like I was ‘talking down’. I sometimes performed activities outside the scope of my duties (e.g. I would often bake with groups of service users) and had to recognise who had skills suited to different individual tasks.
When creating educational materials for another job, the information was often in very technical terms which I had to present in a way that was appealing and could be understood. Also, as the materials would be distributed worldwide, I had to think in terms of creating a variety of materials to cater for different degrees of literacy, as well as present the information clearly without seeming overly simplistic.
