I have been teaching English at a hagwon, and I realized that the most organic way of teaching English is through conversation and engaging. Speaking and engagement are my best English teaching tools however, these tools are also guided by the student’s English level. In my teaching journey, I have understood that some learners lose interest in studying for many reasons. I believe that a teacher is somebody who learns throughout their lifetime because they learn new things every day. Teachers need to do research every day because they must deliver accurate information to the students. I'm always open to learn from current and experienced teachers. Teaching and learning are two-way street, the students learn from the teacher and the teacher also learns from the students. A good teacher is someone who learns every day. I will also improve my skills by using all available support and learning from more experienced co-teachers.
