I have experience volunteering briefly at the University of Cincinnati in the ESL department where I worked with students on their English language skills. I am comfortable working with students from differing cultural backgrounds/languages. I married an ESL student that I met in college. I have spent time with his family and friends, learned a few words in his language, and enjoyed immersing myself in his culture.

I am currently learning French and Spanish and would love to add Korean to my list. I also like to read.
