I have one year experience teaching English. I taught in Spain and in Ireland. In Spain I was responsible for 10 classes and 72 students aged5-65. I followed the daily lesson plans and conducted my lessons accordingly. I gave and corrected homework every week online. I conducted a test at the end of every chapter for students. I created a “pen-pal” system for students with a school in Italy, which improved motivation and participation in the class.

In Ireland I was responsible for teaching classes to adults. I had a different class every week, and I had to follow the weekly “scheme of work” to adhere to school guidelines. I taught students from over 20 countries and from ages5-65, which allowed me to understand and cater for diverse learning needs. I played guitar and sang songs with students on Fridays.

I am somebody who is always looking to improve as a teacher. I am passionate about teaching and about helping students achieve their goals.
