Through past experience with working as a teacher’s assistance and tutor, it has allowed me to develop communication skills needed to effectively assist and teach middle school and high school students. Additionally, it has allowed me to gain confidence in being able to adapt to all students’ needs and learning levels. It has also allowed me to develop traits that make a teacher efficient with communicating with students and make them more engage in their learning.
