Communication skills- I always use the best communicative and friendly methods, listen attentively and to maintain and use dignified language.

Team player- I am a very active team player with great enthusiasm.

Problem solving- I believe that where there are misunderstandings the matter has to be dealt with in a calm manner, either dealing with a student or parents.

Time management- time is a very important thing and it should be used very carefully. Being prepared and setting up working strategies and minimizing time is very important.
