Hello, my name is Michael Banks Lockwood Jr and I am writing to you to express my interest in a teaching placement through Gloii Job Consulting. I believe my educational qualifications and personal experience domestically and abroad interacting and befriending a diverse range of individuals across a variety of different backgrounds and cultures including Korean nationals would make me an excellent addition to a teaching team.
I am a citizen of the United States by way of nationality but presently reside in the United Kingdom where I completed my Master of Science in International Relations at the University of the Edinburgh prior to which I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Government and Political Affairs with minors in International Studies and History at Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
Through my own mother, who is an educator in the United States, I have developed a strong belief in the importance of lifelong education and passion for both teaching and learning. As an educational philosophy I believe that teachers facilitate a conducive learning environment for their students and not only teach them but learn from them as well including by adapting their teaching techniques to different learning methods to best serve their pupils.
