I have many years of experience working with children and customer service, I've learn over the years that my greatest strength is patience and a want to help others. There has been many times that a problem has been resolved because of listening and being understanding opposed to a headstrong approach. My personality has always been calm, energetic, and approachable. Many people always feel comfortable coming to me with their problems, and is probably why children like me. I also have very strong communication skills.
