I'm applying to a job position of an English Instructor at the international school in Qing Tao. I have many years of teaching experience needed for students' better academic achievement. I believe that teaching someone a language is like guiding a person to a new world with full of excitement and enjoyment. I have an educational virtue which can capture a student's willingness for his or her future. It helps many students achieve their goals of life and academic careers. As a teacher, I try my best to understand not only a person's mind but also his/her academic strength and surroundings.

I‘d worked as an English Instructor and a program organizer at Seoul English Language Institute(SELI) for 8 years. Organizing several courses for Teps and Toefl, I could prepare many students to get into better private or foreign language schools. Organizing programs, and analyzing the style of English language tests, such as Teps, Toefl, Chinese College Entrance Exam, English interview preparation, and teaching how to write English cover letters, are parts of my virtue and I know how to apply those into a student's education and achievement. I believe that the one, who can look through the current flow of this industry, has the insight for the future challenge.
