I lived in South Korea for 2 years, teaching English at an English centre. Throughout my two years there I taught a wide range of students from early childhood, primary and secondary levels. My experience has enabled me to develop strong planning skills and adaptability. It has given me the ability to perform in high-pressured environments, in which I have always aimed to continuously strive in improving my teaching skills. Since working in an educational environment, meeting deadlines and punctuality are my number one priority, characteristics of which are vital for any successful teacher. I have experience in teaching every key skill including, speaking, listening, reading and writing. I have learnt various teaching techniques, all of which I utilise during my lessons, and I have been able to acquire and hone my classroom management skills to create a successful learning environment for my students.
My employment history has helped me communicate with everyone, no matter what age. This experience serves me well in communicating to all types of people within an educational environment and has allowed me to effectively adapt to any role that I undertake. Adapting one's teaching strategy is vital to be able to meet the student's needs.
I believe that I am a professional and highly motivated individual, dedicated to anything I do.
