I am an enthusiastic and hard working individual that is able to adapt to any given situation or task and execute excellent results. I am incredibly passionate about helping people learn and reach their full potential whatever their goals may be. As a result of my role as a compliance manager, I have a great deal of experience in training and coaching people of all ages and from different cultures which has allowed me to develop my communication skills to a high standard. I regularly create and present training sessions both live in a classroom setting and online via Teams/Zoom to a workforce of 80+ employees and complete performance reviews/needs analysis's to ensure that everyone is working at the required standard.

In October 2020 I enrolled onto my beginners language course in Korean where I successfully learnt how to read and write in Hangul, in addition to learning basic day to day communication and interaction skills in preparation when applying for teaching roles there.

I am incredibly excited about the opportunity to combine my industry skills with my TEFL qualification to teach ESL in South Korea. I have previous experience travelling including studying abroad in the USA and travelling across China after finishing my bachelors degree, therefore I am confident that I will quickly adapt to life overseas. Due to the covid 19 pandemic my plans to travel across South Korea this year were hindered, however now that restrictions have started to lift I am very eager to begin my journey working with Gloii.
