I am an experienced and enthusiastic English teacher who has been teaching for the previous three years in Manizales, Colombia and Shanghai, China. I have taught in secondary public schools, training centers, and most recently at an IB kindergarten. I have obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Georgia Southern University and three teaching certificates: 120-hour TEFL, TEFL in China, and a Teaching Certificate issued by Colombia’s Ministry of Education. Through these experiences, I have developed strong professional skills in collaboration, organization, and communication. As a teacher I strive to maintain a positive learning environment and allow every student the opportunity to grow and learn according to their own strengths.
