I am born and raised in London. I speak two Languages, English & Albanian. I did work experience in an elementary school as a teaching assistant for Year 1 and Year 2 Class. I have a BSc Degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship.

I have been working for a long time and have lots of experience in different areas. I have worked in Retail, I have worked in a medical centre and my most current employer has been working for a Property Company. I have skills and experience working in Finance, Contract Manager, Building Manager and my most current role Building Safety Manager.

Hi my name is Kathleen I would love this opportunity to teach English in South Korea I love children and I love being creative I have a great personality and always smile I have studied English teaching and digital marketing I have also work in retail for 8 years.my dream is to travel the world and meet amazing people and learn the culture too I never new what I wanted till I thought about teaching English as a foreign language it inspired me,God has blessed me so much my parents are everything to me and they support me so much.I hope you see something in me this is my dream and I hope it comes true.

My MBTI is INTJ. I tend to lean towards planning and strategizing my next moves. This has helped me in lesson planning in the past. If there are any weak points, I try to learn and adapt to improve myself. I've lived in 30 years and in Korea for 5 years. My time in both countries have allowed me to connect with people of different cultures and perspectives.

Although I am a new teacher with no experience, I am currently enrolled in a 120-hour Online TEFL course, 30-hour Young Learners TEFL course, 30-hour Business English TEFL course, and a 120-hour in-person TESOL course in Incheon, South Korea. I believe these courses will help prep me to start teaching in a classroom and get a first-hand experience teaching in Korea. My Incheon course will also have a 3-day teaching camp where I use my skills to practice teaching real children.

Two of my biggest skills is being patient with others. As someone who has informally taught friends and peers a few basics of English grammar, I understand the difficulties in learning a foreign language. I believe this patience developed throughout my own reflection and journey of learning French and currently learning Korean as I took courses in-class for Beginner Korean. This will definitely help me focus on young learners and hopefully let others rely on me as a guiding tool in their English-learning journey.

My second biggest skill and personality trait is my ability to be open, social which allows others to feel comfortable around me. This comforting atmosphere not only allows me to teach freely, but also gives students the faith and comfort to make mistakes, learn and prosper to eventually achieve their language proficiency goals.
