I view myself as a tactical optimist with proficient interpersonal and team cooperation skills. Enthused to grasp on-the-job knowledge to master new competencies.

Whether my job was in sales, software, or hospitality, my roles often required me to pivot between business needs. I stayed engaged by continuously training in new materials and assisting in training my colleagues. I enjoy learning and trying new experiences. It is a pleasure to share these things with the people around me.

I have 8 years teaching from elementary to high school. Teaching ESl, business English, a levels, ielts, toefl

My TEFL course taught me the essential skills to start my journey as a teacher. I do not have much experience teaching English as a foreign language.

I have however been involved in teaching:
I taught two girls, a 6-year-old and a 9-year-old, how to play chess. I learned a lot about how to make lessons fun and engaging, through mini games, how to encourage and motivate every small success. Chess has a lot of rules and depth much like a language, and it can be overwhelming and challenging. I realized the importance of breaking down material to its simplest form.

I am a Christian, I have a calm and soothing personality, and I usually build a connection with kids fast, after they get over the initial fear because of my height, and deep voice. I enjoy helping kids learn and grow, and to empathize with them to solve problems from their perspective. I like to get involved and support my fellow staff. I do not mind being involved in school activities, as I see it as a part of education.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Journalism and Media Studies, complemented by Politics and International Relations. My academic background has equipped me with strong communication skills and a global perspective, making me well-suited for teaching English in South Korea. Professional experience as a marketing assistant and retail assistant demonstrates my proficiency in conveying ideas and interpersonal skills, reinforcing my candidacy for the role.

I Have a BSc Degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. I have extensive experience working in different industries, doing different jobs. I have doing work experience working in an elementary school.

I have worked in Health Care as a Supervisor and Personal Assistant to a doctor.

After I graduated from Staffordshire University, I got a job working for a big property firm. I have been with that Company now for 7 years. I worked in the Finance Department, I have Worked In Treasury. I have also worked as a Contract Officer, Contract Manager and Building Safety Manager. My most recent job is working for a big security company as a Contract Manager.

I also qualified in First Aid. I also have a SIA licence which allows me to work in Security.

I a fluent in three different languages. English, Albanian and Turkish.

I have also been learning some Korean too. I have a lot of strengths in terms of Experience. I have a great personality. i love working with people, always friendly, love helping people, children. I have a big family so family is important to me. I am skilled in Finance, Property, Customer Service, I have always worked hard to succeed in life. I feel that i would make a great addition working and teaching english in Korea. I have just recently come back from Korea and I have loved everything about it.

I am a self-motivated and goal-oriented person. I always think about the end goal. I plan and reflect on what I want to achieve until I achieve it.

I am very confident, and I always try and make the next person feel confide with themselves. I have been told I light up the room with my positive energy.

I enjoy learning new things and being educated about something I did not know before. I find pleasure in hearing about another person’s point of view.

I am very computer literate. I enjoy discovering new techniques and ways to do things on any device.

I have excellent communication skills and I am very considerate of the next person. I have high emotional intelligence, and I always have a positive attitude towards any obstacles I encounter.

I am very patient and I have a passion for teaching. I love explaining concepts or ideas to people. I enjoy bringing light where I can.

I am a child at heart, so I enjoy playing with kids. I just love seeing children happy.

I would like to describe myself as an extrovert, who is however very flexible and can thrive in any surrounding.

As a newly qualified TEFL teacher, I am a resourceful, confident, and hard-working individual with proven success forging relationships with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I am a great communicator and enthusiastic team player, with the initiative and drive to take charge and lead when needed. My previous experience has laid the perfect foundation on which to build my teaching career.
