In terms of experience, as a behavior technician for young children with Autism, I have been able to be adaptable in all sorts of situations in regarding to behavior management and skill development. Children are often unpredictable, so I must be able to go along for the ride. As a Resident Assistant on my own college campus, I was able to foster an inclusive and supportive environment by creating an open door policy with my residents and conducting events to allow for an inclusive community. Hello. My name is Blake Sablatura. I'm a 30-year-old educator currently based in the United States, with over seven years of international teaching experience in Mongolia and China. I currently work as a park ranger, but a lot of my duties focus on conservation education. I specialize in project based learning through English language instruction, cross-cultural communication, and educational outreach, with a strong background in working alongside local education departments and teacher training institutions. I’m passionate about history, lifelong learning, and exploring different cultures, especially through their food!
