I’m a very well organised person who values being well prepared.
I have a very bubbly and outgoing personality which helps build a relationship with my students. I have used my fun personality to making learning more exciting by including games, songs and fun challenges to push my students improvement.
I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of age groups and find that my easy going personality makes the students transitions easier.

I currently work as an after school teacher in South Korea. My classes consist of up to 15 students in elementary school.
I also teach adults students 3 times a week.

I am a recent Master’s degree Graduate in Intellectual History at the University of Sussex , in which I obtained a merit (2018). I also hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History 2:1. Recently I finished a TEFL.ORG UK 120 Hour course in teaching English. My academic subjects have vastly improved my written/communicative skills, understand various current and historical cultures, while allowing me to intellectually grow.

During my Masters and Undergraduate studies I worked full time, in a fast food restaurant and as a logistics assistant, allowing me to develop a strong work ethic. This has developed me into a driven individual and to have a balance of working leisure. Currently I have been working as an agency staff as an administrative officer for the Ministry of Justice – brooding my perspectives and getting a better understanding of judicial and administration aspect of work.

In describing my personality the word that comes to mind is active. This is due to my confident and positive nature. But, also my desire to learn, understand and interact with others while always actively working hard to achieve my goals. This teaching role would be a great opportunity to share this energy with others, especially young children, as I know personally of the importance of learning more languages to be able to communicate more with the world and open more opportunities! My qualifications, personality and the experience I have gained make me a suitable candidate for the English teacher role and I feel that I would be a positive influence on the children.

I am a recent graduate of Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University, (online), and in combination with achieving a TEFL qualification, I have been looking for opportunities to make a career change into a business orientated role or an English Teaching role Internationally.

I have been in the security industry for over ten years, however I am seeking a career that will allow me to put my business qualifications to use, whilst also having the opportunity to work with people internationally and pass on my English speaking skills.

I have had the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from various different ethnicities, for example Sierra Leone and Iraq, and so I am knowledgeable of the sensitivities involved with different religions and cultures and can confidently mix with others.

I have the confidence in my ability to be able to say, with hard work and drive, I would be successful in this role. I signed up for the Royal Marines because I loved the outdoors and fitness aspect, however I have always felt capable of doing much more than my role required.

As a former Royal Marine, I am punctual, honest, and I have integrity and discipline. I am therefore also a team player and can work under pressure. I work hard to produce good results in any task, I have a keen eye for detail and I feel I am particularly good at writing reports. Also, in line with various security company procedures over the years, I have consistently throughout my career been randomly tested for drugs and alcohol, and asked to provide background disclosure checks. I currently have security clearance with the UK Ministry of Defence to be able to work in this current position.

Should you consider me not suitable for the role of English teacher, I would be grateful if you may consider me for other roles, possibly as English teacher or Sports teacher, (I am a keen sportsman with an interest in football, Muaythai, running and cycling).

For many years I worked as an IT project manager. In April 2011 I took voluntary redundancy and starting working as an ESL teacher. Working in China and Saudi Arabia. I now see my carer being as a teacher although I am not sure what I will teach. Possible I will take a PGCE and work as a classroom teacher. Teaching Geography or the Humanites (Geography and History). When I left Land Rover colleages assume I was a lifer. I said I never thought I would stay in a job for the whole of my life.

I beleive I will keep working as long as I can although when I stop I do not know.

I'm an adaptable and self-motivated graduate who has experience working in the teaching environment. I volunteered as a teaching assistant and have worked alongside young children. I have also taught English as a foreign language to an Italian student one-to-one.

Not only do I have a TEFL certificate but I completed a module in Methodology of Foreign Language Teaching at uni which required me to teach a group of students.

I have recently graduated with a Masters degree in Creative and Critical Writing (English) at the University of Sussex in 2018 and more recently completed a TEFL.Org UK 140 Hour Premier course in teaching English. As well as this I have completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Film (2.1). A course which included a Study Abroad year in which I travelled to Spain to study, live, experience a new culture and learn a new language. Further to my qualifications I have a years experience working as an administrative officer for the Ministry of Justice and I have worked as a tutor to primary school students in an online teaching role, guiding students and grading their assessments.

I am a very positive, enthusiastic and hardworking individual who loves working with children. I have a real passion for teaching and travel. I think this opportunity would be extremely valuable and an excellent chance to broaden my teaching skills as I very much value the importance of teaching english to expand students' worldviews. With my educational background and experience, I think I am well-suited to work as an English teacher!

Professionally, I will be completing a secondary/ high school ESL teaching position with an International Baccalaureate school in Mexico this December. Prior to that, I volunteered in Costa Rica as an ESL teaching of all ages and levels. Outside of ESL teaching, I have a year and a half of experience working with high school students as their teacher, facilitator, counselor, mentor and disciplinary individual. I also have two years of experience running staffs between the ages of 18 and 25. Lastly, I have plenty of experience tutoring students in various subjects and at various ages. Through this accumulation of jobs and volunteer positions, I have acquired a good understanding of how to work with students of almost all ages. Within my educational and professional experience, I have demonstrated the ability to adapt to situations easily. In addition, I always strive to do what is above expected, and my charisma, ukulele, and creativity in the classroom has always engaged my students and made them feel comfortable speaking English in my classes. I would be thrilled to join your organization in order to continue to develop my teaching abilities with students.

I have obtained a Masters degree in Law from the University of Strasbourg. I am also a qualified TEFL instructor (Teach English as a foreign language).

Apart from being a conscientious, diligent, discreet and loyal person, I am a team worker who also works well independently and can deliver projects on time.

I am excited by the prospect of working with new people, and discovering a new country and culture.

I have spent two years as a teacher in Vietnam. During this time I have learnt a lot about teaching and developed an effective and fun way to teach English. I have worked with a wide range of students from grade 1 all the way up to adults in public schools and language centres. As well as teaching I have developed new curriculums and created English festivals and workshops.

I am outgoing and empathetic which I believe helps me connect with the students helping me to get the best out of them.

Teaching has developed my presentation, time management and organisational skills which I believe to be key.

One of my strengths is my patience; whilst working in a shop I have to deal with people with different strengths in their use of english my patience when helping them to get what the want out of their shopping trip.

My study abroad year has given me experience in living in a different culture and country, and has helped my understanding of learning languages. The difficulties and the challenges faced by learning Spanish will help me be able to teach my students with a greater effectiveness.
