I was looking for a teaching opportunity on the TEFL jobs centre and I just saw that you had openings for an English teacher.

I am from Canada, but currently living in Ireland. I have a newly obtained TEFL certification, and I have experience tutoring and working with children. During summer 2018, I had the opportunity to give workshops to promote children’s literacy development and help them see that reading can be a great and rewarding experience. I led early-learning music workshops for children in 2014. It helped young children to discover different instruments and rhythms, as well as some dance moves and vocabulary. I was also a camp counsellor in a summer camp for disabled people for two years.

Additionally, I have a Bachelor's degree in music from the University of Montreal. I speak English and French and I have been studying Korean for 4 years now. I am patient, hardworking, reliable and I have great teamwork skills. I love traveling and South Korea is one of the destinations that I liked the most and I would be thrilled to have an opportunity to enhance my teaching skills.

In terms of myself, I can bring a wide range of experience and knowledge. In both of my professional jobs, I have achieved multiple promotions every year, and have been positively recognised for my ability to train all people and adapt accordingly.

In addition to this, I do have teaching experience, having achieved a degree and QTS in teaching Geography to 11-18 year olds at Sunderland University. As well as this, I have also completed a placement at a local primary school to give experience of a younger age.

Finally, growing up my Mother was a childminder, which also gives me a unique insight into even younger ages, and how they can develop through their childhood.

I am passionate about education and love to do so in a different country. I consider myself to be reliable, trustworthy, responsible, intelligent and a good team player. I believe there needs to be a balance between fun and discipline in any learning environment and that every child should get the opportunity to reach their full potential.

I have had the experience of interacting with people of different age groups in my community. My first classroom teaching experience was when I was a kindergarten and elementary school religion teacher at my local church for a year. I helped to coordinate plays; I did arts and crafts with the children, I engaged in a lot of reading, writing, singing and dancing with children in my class.

I have also been part of a youth group and helped to train some of them in the multimedia team. During my time at my local church, I went to orphanages and old age homes to offer my help by serving them food, handing out gifts and interacting with them on a personal level.

I have less than a teaching experience, I was tutoring university students in respect to assignment writing and exam preparation. I am a hard work who is reliance and passionate about teaching and advance young people with shared knowledge. I further have the capacity to influence individuals academically.

I am a very hard worker and give all my best when working. I started working at Chungdahm Learning Institute in August and will be ending my contract this November. After working for a very strict institute I have learn a lot about the teaching industry and improved a lot. I have found that I work better with younger children. During class I love to have a little bit of fun and also learn from my children. I understand some Korean so it is easier to relate and communicate with them at times. I also have a creative outlet and love bringing creativity into the classroom.

I am a teacher of 25 years experience, primarily in the area of Special Needs Education. I have a passionate belief in discovering the hidden talent that every child has through a combination of team work, academic professionalism and personality. Then nurturing that talent and watching it blossom.
I voluntarily left my last teaching job to pursue personal goals which were achieved over the summer and now I am ready and eager to embark upon a new teaching challenge in the area of TEFL.

I have taught kindergarten, elementary, middle school students. I believe that it is important to allow students to have the ability to grow and have a good foundation. When students have a good foundation it makes it easier for them to understand harder concepts that they will learn in the future. Students who do not have a good foundation often have a harder time or it takes them longer to learn new concepts. When students do not understand what is being taught they often feel bored or don't want to learn. It is important to teach students how to enjoy learning and studying.

I have a passion for working with kids and have gained valuable experience over the past four years working in different child care capacities.
