The school provided a textbook to follow but I was largely in charge of the curriculum. Class sizes were about 50-60 students at a time. These large class sizes taught me confidence, discipline and how to think on my feet.

I am a native English speaker who recently graduated with a degree in Religion, Philosophy and Ethics from King’s College London University. I have recently completed a volunteer program with Global Vision International (GVI) in Cambodia. During my time as a volunteer with GVI I taught English to beginner students at the local pagoda and in local drop in centres within Kampong Cham. Along with this, I also carried out English language workshops at the local university, which equipped me with the skills needed to tailor lessons according to the needs of the students. Teaching students between the ages of 3 and 21, each with varying degrees of English, helped me to develop my ability to communicate with people at all levels. My voluntary work as an English teacher has given me considerable experience teaching children. It is a job that I very much enjoy, and I always try to incorporate my passion for teaching with professionalism.

I have recently completed an 188- hour TEFL qualification, with 20 hours of practical assessment – I feel that this qualification, along with my previous experience teaching English in Cambodia makes me a good candidate for a teaching position.

My name is Jeffrey Ross Lindsay. I am 59 years old and I have a B.S. in Urban Design/Architecture from Iowa State University. I taught classes independently at the Iowa State Memorial Union and also at Iowa State University. I taught Continuing Education for the American Institute of Architects (AIA) for 3 years. I gained a TESL Certificate from Shanghai University in 2006. I am a good communicator and exhibit great patience towards students who need more time to grasp a difficult concept.
I have been living, working & teaching English Academic Skills, TOEFL& IELTS test preparation and ESL in China for the past 14 years.
During my career, I have always been placed in a position of leadership and responsibility

I am a friendly, inviting person who gets along well with other people. My skills include working well with a team and task management. I have work experience in Korea as I worked in an English language school in Daejeon for one year.

I am currently living in Spain teaching English in a British academy to students from age 6 to 60, who posses varied levels of English. I have been in Spain since September 2019. Prior to moving to Spain, I undertook a month in Romania volunteering as an English camp leader at a summer camp for children ages 6-20. I have had experience in teaching in various environments, as I was a swimming teacher for 2 years before coming to Spain. I am a lively and enthusiastic person, which I believe is portrayed in all of my lessons I deliver. I am very organised and enjoy working with children, adults, and peers of all ages and backgrounds. I am bilingual (English and Welsh) and I am currently learning Spanish whilst living in Spain, as I am always keen to learn new skills and emerge myself into new cultures.

Hello, my name is Diomara I began teaching English while in university to Spanish speaking students. My most recent experience as an English teacher has been online with students from all over the world and age groups. My main work experience has been in the Communication field. I have worked as a Social Media Manager, Account Manager, and Copywriter. While working as a copywriter not only did I write in English but I also will edit the articles writing by others.

I am a highly driven and experienced Psychology graduate with an extensive experience in the Care sector.
Very responsible, have great organisational skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure. I have a proven track record of success and I am confident that I can become a top performer within any environment. I have a full UK driving license and vehicle – Have been driving for over 10 years.
My long term career goal is to continue to learn and grow my specialist skills and abilities, whilst utilising my experience, knowledge and skills to benefit any employer I am working for. I am a capable and professional individual who is able to perform to the highest standards in any area I apply myself. I have succeeded in obtaining a graduate level education whilst maintaining permanent basis employment, which has expanded both my academic prowess and business acumen, whilst reinforcing my time management and dedication to self-improvement.

Most rewarding moments of my life have been raising and donating money to charitable organisations. I've raised money for cancer research UK by taking part in Race for Life in memory of relatives and those who fight their battle with cancer. I volunteered for Changing Lives in Cheshire a charity and social enterprise based in Winsford who deliver real environmental, social and community impact. Enjoyed a half term period from University living in France working as an Au Pair teaching a young child English 5 days a week (9-5) for three months.

Overall, I am a very sociable, caring and family orientated individual who enjoys learning/developing new skills and gaining new life experiences.
