My love for work can be exemplified through my former Assistant Dance Instructor role, as it is this field that has stemmed my essential ability to prepare, deliver lessons, mark and provide appropriate feedback on individual talents. I have enhanced communication abilities and cultivated a reputation as a major contributor through critical thinking and motivation skills. I am a collaborative team player always searching for opportunities to convey valuable insights. With these qualities, I am able to facilitate positive change and impacting outcomes.
I am excited to contribute my talents and proficiency in leadership toward your team efforts. As an engaging communicator with a proven track record in compliance, my focus on building strong professional relationships has been a beneficial asset throughout my career. I bring a comprehensive set of skills that I believe will be valuable. In my Usher role, I honed my abilities in ensuring all patrons' needs are met and customer service skills, providing a firm foundation for the English as a Foreign Language Instructor position. My communication, people-centric nature, and compassion have afforded me excellent planning skills.
While my previous jobs have laid a strong foundation, my many certificates have aided in leveling out my skills. This includes my Bachelors of Science, with a major in Biology. This has exposed me to a built on a multitude of different skills such as, different writing skills including reports and data analysis, building team relations, implication of strong communication skills through group projects and seminars, and organization and time management skills. I have gained a level of leadership skills through the completion of The National Society of Leadership and Success program which has helped me to be goal-oriented and to motivate others. My skills have been furthered by my completion of the Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) 160 hours certificate, thus providing me with the skills needed to thrive in a classroom setting.
