I am a recent graduate from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Philosophy and English Literature. I recently completed my CELTA at St. Giles Brighton, receiving a Pass B, and I am eager to begin my teaching career abroad.

During my CELTA, I gained experience teaching six hours of in-person lessons, developing strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management. I enjoy using engaging, student-centered activities. I pride myself in creating a supportive and interactive learning environment and hope to help students gain confidence in using English.

I am particularly interested in teaching in Korea because I am excited to experience its culture, improve my language skills, and contribute positively to students’ learning journeys. I am responsible, adaptable, and enthusiastic, and I would be delighted to join your school and make a meaningful contribution.

I have a strong background in communication, organization, and leadership through my experience in customer-facing retail roles and multiple internships in fast-paced, professional environments. My work has strengthened my ability to explain information clearly, support diverse groups of people, and remain patient and adaptable in new situations.

As a person, I am dependable, positive, and highly motivated. I work well with others, enjoy helping people learn new things, and maintain a calm and encouraging attitude even under pressure. I am currently completing my TEFL certification to strengthen my teaching readiness, and I am committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for future students.

I have a strong academic background with a degree in Music, giving me experience in creative instruction, performance, and working with diverse groups. Throughout my schooling and my teaching experience, I’ve developed strong communication and presentation skills that fit well into teaching. I am patient, adaptable, enthusiastic, and I enjoy helping others learn, which helps to bring a positive, supportive attitude to the classroom.
