I'm great at adapting to new environments, I enjoy learning from other's backgrounds and cultures. I am very well spoken; I enjoy having the difficult conversations and thrive off a positive work environment. I am very resilient in every area of my life; I try to always challenge myself in areas where improvement is necessary. I am good at problem solving as a third party. I am well organised and try to stick to a routine. I'm extremely passionate about making an impact on students' lives by offering them innovative ways of tackling tests or whatever struggles they may have in their overall learning experiemce as students.

My educational journey has fueled my desire to apply the skills I have learnt within the classroom to different educational settings, whether it is with primary students or with adult learners. After my first year of teaching in Thailand at two private schools, becoming an educator has provided me with valuable insight and a firsthand experience and understanding of their educational system. My practical experience as a teacher has complimented my knowledge and hopefully will help me make informed decisions that positively impact education on a broader scale in my next educational role.

I am an industrious, motivated and highly motivated teacher, currently teaching Math, Science, English and Kindergarten to Thai students from the ages of 3 to 18. With an average of 91% pass rate for mid-term exams for 13 years plus, and an 88% pass rate for under 13 years age groups, respectively.

My experience in Thailand has allowed me to obtain the ability to rapidly adapt to an unfamiliar country, overcoming language hurdles and cultural changes in both the educational system and teaching methods. furthermore, teaching at two different institutions of differing classrooms, technologies, and equipment, enables me to diversify my teaching styles to deliver quality education to bring out the best in my pupils. Lastly, my first teaching job has given me confidence in the classroom not only within my teaching abilities, but the act of entrusting my students with confidence translating to active participation, better academic performance, and a more dynamic and successful learning experience.

Communication and time management are my greatest strength as I once was a assistant teacher. I can interact with students, parents, and other staff members in an understandable and efficient manner. I make sure to be accessible at all times to respond to inquiries and offer parents and students feedback. Additionally, I think that fostering an environment in the classroom that is encouraging and helpful requires open communication. I involve parents in their child's educational journey and keep them informed about their child's progress on a regular basis, both behaviorally and academically. Furthermore, I've discovered that having open lines of communication with my coworkers facilitates better teamwork and, eventually, benefits our pupils. And also as an introvert person I have learnt to work in groups and engage in class activities, also that helped me to learn more about other people and their culture. And my adaptability skill has also will help me to adjust to new environment and be able to face any challenges I may come across without any hesitation. As an HUMAN RESOURCE GRADUATE, adaptability helped me through my experience of falling in love with teaching because it has took me out of my comfort zone and helped me do well as an assisting teacher which perfected my teaching skills.

I obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of South Africa. My Teaching license was obtained from the South African Council of Educators. I am currently enrolled for the TEFL Course with TTA Academy .

I have a 12-month Teaching experience at a college teaching Business Subjects. I also worked as a Facilitator for three years doing Parental Family Support Programs. My excellent communication skills allow me to accommodate all skill levels speaking slowly with patience. My confidence in Teaching helps me to deliver a great lesson plan. I like sports and I believe that an active mind is a learning mind.

Working in a Banking industry for two years taught me time management as well as effective communication to people from all different backgrounds. I am a passionate teacher who thrives in diversity and look forward to coming to South Korea not only to teach but to learn about the South Korea culture.
