I studied in China for 2 semesters in 2017. After leaving China, I have been living in Daejeon since January 2018. I enjoy teaching English to children and would welcome the opportunity to return to China.

I am confident that I can hold this job better than any other candidates.There are three reasons why.

First of all I am a person with specialization.
I am majored in English and have a profound understanding of English learning. I have learned through many experiences and the surrounding environments that how I can study English properly. Based on this, I have been worked using English from my freshman year until my last semester. I have had the experience of teaching English from young students to adults, and I have helped them by suggesting practical English learning methods and directions. When I have taught from elementary to high school students, I experienced counseling the parents, mentoring the students, helped them with their concerns and gave them solutions, which will be of great help when I take on this job.

I also have a lot of experience in an international environment. I have been working as a staff at many international conferences and events, and have been traveling China so far. All the workplaces I experienced, which implements diversity and equal policies, is actually visited by many people with different backgrounds and perspectives. If I take this position, I can always work with open mind and an embracing attitude.

Second of all, I am an experienced person.
I have been working for one year at the British Council and another year at the Avalon English Education Group, so I know this job better than anyone else. Regardless of my position, I have constantly studied on the work that took place and have continually learned and faced the tasks that what other staffs do, I have a clear understanding of workflows and targets.
Through my working experiences, I am familiar with actual work system in this field. So If I work, I can learn quickly and flexibly based on my experience than others. I want to help improve the lives of others as I have been helped before and I want to contribute to the growth and development of team. I am confident that I am also able to provide the best service and contents for all students and parents seeking Qingdao Daewon School to improve their lives through the social and economic advancement.

Third of all, I am a sincere person.
I have been doing various things in the service field for more than 3 years. I took the given tasks with an owner spirit. I am constantly thinking about how I can demonstrate my ability to help more people and develop the business where I am in. Restaurants, cafes, hospitals, wherever they are, I have impressed the clients by the service with a sincere heart. I always actively learn about other tasks besides my main tasks, and after finishing my works I helped other staff. When I worked, I heard many of my clients' complaints and tried to help them bottom of my heart. I always approached them first with a smile on my face and listened to frank feedbacks and it makes the companies to improve.

My true heart is the same when I teach English to high school students who prepare for entrance exams for the college. Since I have always taught and consulted for the sake of students and parents, I was able to gain great trust and maintain a good relationship with them. When I worked as an assistant at YBM, I also taught adults. Before the class I have prepared supplementary materials in addition to main materials, helped them to improve their English skills. If I gain a chance to work at the Qingdao Daewon School, I’d treat the all students and colleagues like my family. And I will always try to listen and help them with sincerity.
