I am currently living in Spain teaching English in a British academy to students from age 6 to 60, who posses varied levels of English. I have been in Spain since September 2019. Prior to moving to Spain, I undertook a month in Romania volunteering as an English camp leader at a summer camp for children ages 6-20. I have had experience in teaching in various environments, as I was a swimming teacher for 2 years before coming to Spain. I am a lively and enthusiastic person, which I believe is portrayed in all of my lessons I deliver. I am very organised and enjoy working with children, adults, and peers of all ages and backgrounds. I am bilingual (English and Welsh) and I am currently learning Spanish whilst living in Spain, as I am always keen to learn new skills and emerge myself into new cultures.

Hello, my name is Diomara I began teaching English while in university to Spanish speaking students. My most recent experience as an English teacher has been online with students from all over the world and age groups. My main work experience has been in the Communication field. I have worked as a Social Media Manager, Account Manager, and Copywriter. While working as a copywriter not only did I write in English but I also will edit the articles writing by others.

Most rewarding moments of my life have been raising and donating money to charitable organisations. I've raised money for cancer research UK by taking part in Race for Life in memory of relatives and those who fight their battle with cancer. I volunteered for Changing Lives in Cheshire a charity and social enterprise based in Winsford who deliver real environmental, social and community impact. Enjoyed a half term period from University living in France working as an Au Pair teaching a young child English 5 days a week (9-5) for three months.

I am a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business. I believe the knowledge that I obtained throughout my degree process, such as presentation skills, organization, leadership, and cultural understanding, will translate well in the classroom and will allow me to effectively and efficiently lead a class. I participated in an exchange program in South Korea during my time in school which has given me a much better understanding of Korean culture. This experience will help me understand my students, and allow me to connect with each student on a greater level. I am also TEFL certified as I participated in a 120-hour course that gave me direct knowledge on key topics such as, what to teach, how to teach, and ways to keep class both fun and productive to name a few.

What I will bring to the classroom is a professional, organized, and inspirational spirit to make sure that my students will learn the material as thoroughly as possible, while also bringing a creative, bright, and unique flare that will hopefully keep all students entertained and attentive. I believe that my creative skills intermingled with my professional persona will be a perfect combination in regards to teaching English.

I also would like to point out that I am looking for positions located in Seoul, and that I am currently residing in Incheon for the next two weeks. This will allow me to hopefully attract an interview and be able to have the opportunity to conduct that interview in person.

I am am ambitious and diligent graduate, with both a Bachelors and a Masters degree, and an engaging communicator who has held several elected positions within local and national governance structures (local student councils and as a delegate to the National Union of Students) with a demonstrated ability to draft, debate and pass policy against ardent opposition.

Throughout my times as a student, since 2015, I have held a plethora of professional roles that span across the public, private and third sectors that range from business administration to political campaigns advice, demonstrating competency and ability to adapt to all kinds of professional environments.

In the future, i wish to pursue studies for a PhD and in the mean time my partner and I (your job advert asked for couples?) are in pursuit of some valuable teaching experience to put our TEFL skills and knowledge in to practice.

I have volunteering experience where I taught young children how to read and write, and assisted them with their homework, the duration was for 3 years.
