I am excited to apply for the TEFL Teacher position in Korea. As a qualified teacher with a master’s degree and extensive experience in both TEFL and SEND education, I am eager to bring my skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm to your school. In addition, I have developed educational resources that have garnered over 16,000 downloads and 48,000 views, reflecting the creativity, impact, and effectiveness of my work.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse student populations, including ESL and SEND learners, in the UK and internationally. My recent teaching experience in Delhi, India, enabled me to refine my ability to adapt teaching strategies to overcome language barriers and cultural differences. By using engaging, student-centred approaches, I ensured that all students made meaningful progress. Alongside this, my basic knowledge of Hindi and Marathi helped me connect more deeply with learners from different backgrounds—skills that I believe will be invaluable in Korea’s multicultural classrooms.

In the UK, I have held teaching roles at Ravensdale Infant and Nursery School, Weston C of E School, and Church Broughton C of E School. In these settings, I successfully implemented phonics programs, including Little Wandle Letters and Sounds, and used structured interventions such as Bucket Time and Ted Time to support both language acquisition and emotional development. To complement this, I recently completed a Trauma-Informed Behaviour Support certificate, which has further equipped me with strategies to nurture student well-being, build trust, and manage classroom behaviour with empathy and sensitivity.

As the founder of Phillip Sadula’s Maths Store Limited, I have also designed innovative educational resources for diverse learners, demonstrating my dedication to accessibility, high-quality teaching, and continuous improvement. Beyond academics, I bring a strong focus on holistic growth. As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and former Change 4 Life Coordinator, I have promoted healthy lifestyles through physical education, extracurricular activities, and school trips.
