I have a BA degree in archaeology and anthropology obtained at University of South Africa, ICT certificate obtained at Zazele Foundation and 150 TEFL certificate obtained at TEFL universal. I have work experience outside teaching. I used to work as a part time employee at Dis-chem for a duration of one month, Dec 2018. I worked as a clerk which entailed scanning and documenting products in an orderly fashion making them ready for transportation. I used to volunteer at Zazele Foundation as an admin assistant which entailed dealing with calls from government bodies dealing with ICT program that they were funding, which I benefited from it. This ran from 2014 to 2018 June.

I'm passionate about transferring knowledge and being an ESL teacher means transferring not only learnt knowledge, but skills also and that is what makes me enjoy what I do. In my spare time I like to unwind with music and my taste is very broad, I think that is what makes me fully recharged and ready to tackle another challenge.

My philosophy in life always is to never miss an opportunity to learn and in the day of information age, it is easy to get misinformes thus it is vital to choose your battles.

I am open to traveling and career moves that will fulllfil me personally and my career in the long term. I am willing to relocate should the opportunity arise.

I am well spoken, energetic and extremely resourceful. My experience ranges from teaching kindergartners aged 4-5 to middle schoolers. I have advance skills in classroom and behavior management, I have dozens of fun interactive English games and I am well versed in curriculum and test construction based on student needs.

I have a TEFL and Teaching Knowledge certificates from Cambridge University that helped improve my teaching practices and techniques. Coupled with my Honors and Bachelors degree I am a force to be reckoned with in the classroom.

I am able to juggle multiple responsibilities from administration, teaching and teacher training if need be and i am extremely eager and versatile.

Im passionate about teaching and love children. I was currently working at a communications company that is international and i was dealing with international customer queries. I have experience with children from raising my own and being a Sunday school teacher at church. I have a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Law and a TEFL certification. I have a bubbly personality and love going out and exploring.

I would say that my strengths are in my ability to change and adapt to new situations around me. I care deeply about all my students, so when I recognize one of my students is struggling I help build a new approach that may help them better understand. When working with children, understanding that each one of them is different and may need a different approach is vital to make sure everyone can learn and grow no matter their learning style.

I feel another one of my strengths is my ability to build creative and engaging lesson plans and activities for my young learners. Kids have a lot going on and sometimes a short attention span, making sure that what we do in the classroom gets everyone engaged and ready to learn is important.

My final major strength that I want to highlight here would be that I am a team player. I work well with others no matter if they are coworker, boss, or client. I always make an effort to not only get to know everyone but also figure out ways to make sure we all work well together.

I'm flexible, kind and professional. I enjoy teaching ESL to children, I find it to be very rewarding. I've been teaching ESL in Korea for 3 years now.

I have four years experience working as a Foreign Language English Teacher in Romania, working in the Brasov area during 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. During my time within this position, I was responsible for the planning and undertaking of English classes for children of all ages (8-18), as well as the planning and supervision of other, non-English related activities such as crafts, sports and performing arts. This role allowed me to use my outgoing personality to make a real difference in the lives of children who were learning English for use in their futures. My experiences in Romania allowed me to develop a skillset including, but not limited to, clear communication, timekeeping, initiative and problem solving. I believe that these skills would make me a great candidate for a role teaching English as a foreign language in Korea.

I also have 18 months experience as an online English Tutor. During this period I used online platforms to teach English to both foreign and domestic English students. This role was a way of furthering and improving on the skills that I acquired in Romania, as well as allowing me to utilise my proficiency in technology as a teaching tool. This role was key in allowing me to develop the skill of adaptability, ensuring that, despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the students were still able to receive top-tier English classes which were open and convenient to both them and myself.

On a personal note, I am a friendly, outgoing person who is always willing to put himself out there for all kinds of opportunities. I hope that in Korea I can continue to do this and have a real impact on the lives of those who I can assist in their English studies.
