I am very interested in the open position of TEFL Teacher at Gloii. I have recently obtained training in teaching English as a second language, and would now like to offer the benefits of this training through your company.

With over a decade of teaching experience under my belt, I have been privileged to be able to share knowledge in the fields of Biology, health, and fitness as well as functional skills English and Math at various colleges across the UK. In addition, I am especially adept with planning high-quality lesson plans that effectively engage students while helping them reach their target outcomes.

For the past 6 Months I volunteered in Latin America teaching at underfunded schools and orphanages, I have also spent time in Cambodia teaching at a school and helping run fitness sessions.

My passion can further be determined by my ability to design, administer, and evaluate a range of formative, and summative assessments. I am poised to teach students English language skills in areas such as listening, reading, speaking, and writing.

Throughout my career, I have placed a large emphasis to develop education content, collateral, and other materials to support current and future learners on courses. Due to varying class sizes (4-40, I employed the appropriate management systems and tools to be used throughout my time teaching, to support and aid in timely completions of courses and projects.

My experience strengths are having a bachelors degree in Vocal Music Education K-12, I have 5 years of experience working in education and 4 years of experience teaching. I have also taught multiple theatre camps and workshops.

My personality and skill strengths are that I am a self motivator, I am very organized, I am a quick thinker, and I am passionate about my work.

I have a BA (Hons) degree in Criminology and I have extensive experience interacting with children in both volunteering and my personal life. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience volunteering with the 9th Solihull Scout group; the skills I developed working with children ages 7-16 and ensuring their safety and happiness cemented my hopes to work within education in the future. Furthermore, I have three younger brothers, who I have guided and supported growing up. I am comfortable and confident in my abilities to work with children and teenagers in the classroom due to my experiences and my kind, patient, and positive personality. I am also in the process of my 120 hour Premier TEFL qualification. I am applying with my partner Lucy Mann, and I believe that our complimenting skillsets will create the perfect classroom environment for students to thrive and enjoy their learning.

I have a Bachelors degree in English language and literature and I am also experienced in private tutoring with children from ages four to eighteen, planning and teaching English lessons. I am a patient and positive person, with strong communicative and organisational skills. I am currently working on completing my 120 hour Premier Online TEFL course which I am thoroughly enjoying and excited to put into practise in the classroom. I am applying with my partner Joshua Jordan; this position will allow our fantastic teamwork to cross into the classroom and create a perfect and successful learning environment.
