As for me, I can approach new things enthusiastically, and do not like working alone (Sometimes, I used to love taking a exercise alone, swimming, climbing a mountain and jogging). Furthermore, I am an outgoing and sociable personality to adapt myself to new environments very quick. My blood type is O so enjoy meeting people and adjusting each opinion and really happy to create synergy effect. Meanwhile, my weakness point is that it is hard for me to get angry. Instead of that, I tried to understand other person’s situation and consider why he(or she) could do that. So I constantly have a time to take a exercise so as to relief stresses.

I began tutoring students at a young age. I tutored kids of the same age for their TOEFL exams at 16. I also have experience working as a teaching assistant to elementary school students and years of experience working with kids from ages 5-13. For example I have safely led a tour group out of Parliament during a terrorist attack on site and I have cycled solo and unsupported across the Negev, Gobi and Sahara deserts. In my profession I have analysed data in reports to senior management and MP's which have directly influenced policy, for example implementing the Outreach Services Westminster sessions and the schools travel subsidy project which contributed significantly to the core objectives of these services and created broader access to information for public and students.

I have a wide variety of experience teaching abroad, especially in East Asia, so I'm familiar with the kind of pressures that students in Qingdao face. I am passionate about education and have studied widely in the Humanities, achieving first-class honours in English at Durham University, studying for a year abroad in Hong Kong, and attaining competitive scholarships for my Masters degree at the University of Oxford. I think I have a strong adaptability. I've adapted well so far despite the changes in the environment. I think life in a foreign country can be difficult for some foreigners. If so, that will affect children's emotions.
I think my adaptability is my strength in that regard.
