I am a diligent person with integrity and I am ready to use my skills to create a learner-free environment. I believe that my teaching style should accommodate every student in order to have a positive outcome. Where those with high understanding levels are treated differently from those with low understanding levels. Every learner should be accommodated during the learning period, where those who understand much orally are given Oral work and those who understand through pictures or images are taught with pictures and images. I believe that my communication skill remains important in that I share information with learners in a manner that they understand and make sure that there is no conflict in class. My leadership skills can also assist the learning environment where making rules with learners results to great class management

I am a very organized individual who prioritizes communication and work ethic. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn, especially children. My background in psychology and human development has taught me a lot about people and how they learn as well as why they make the decisions they make. My greatest strength is that I have thirteen years of experience with children, both in a personal setting as well as professional. Additionally, I have experience with children with behavioral issues, developmental delays, and disorders. I have experience teaching English to students in Kindegarten, Elementary school and High school. My teaching journey started when i was in highschool as i took part in a school based work experience programme, from there i went to university and wualified to become and English teacher and this year i gained a ESL teaching certification. Through my experience i have devoloped a multitude of classroom management strategies and teaching techniques to create child centered lessons. I am hardworking, resillient and good working as a team but i am also capable of working indepepndently.
