I have a passion for teaching English and have taught English in my native South Africa for more than three years. I really find that teaching language not only bonds people together by creating a bridge of communication between them, but is also a necessity if wishing to express yourself clearly and share your ideas and philosophies with those around you. The world is slowly becoming a global village and the more languages a child can master, the easier it will be for him or her to find and make his or her place in the world. Passing along the gift of the English language to children brings me great joy, as well as witnessing the pleasure they get when mastering the new skill and being able to express themselves accurately and sincerely.
With my background in psychology I naturally get along with people and can handle a number of challenging situations. I enjoy a challenge and exploring new opportunities. I am, however, a very organised person who works well within a structured environment. I excel at administrative tasks, record keeping and planning. This way I am always prepared for the task both at hand and ahead.
