I’m a British national who has been living in Seoul for 4.5 years. I have a degree in TESOL with Korean which means I possess both knowledge of how to teach the English language and of Korean culture. I also have a 130 hour TESOL qualification and have 2+ years experience working in Korea. I have taught every age group in Korea from kindergarten until adults and therefore have a thorough understanding of how to adapt teaching methods and materials to various age groups. I have a bright, friendly and patient personality and try to instil confidence first in my students as i believe self confidence is of the greatest importance when learning a foreign language. Having learned multiple languages myself i understand what it’s like to be in the shoes of a learner which helps me to better devise effective methods of language learning.
